adidas x IVY PARK Event at Xhibition Van Aken

 

Saturday, as the thermostats registered 19 degrees and the snow started to fall in sheets, Samantha - a well-known local baker - stood in a line for two hours at Xhibition Van Aken for the release of the adidas x Ivy Park collection. 

As one of fifteen stores nationwide to launch adidas x Ivy Park, Xhibition channeled the collection's message of inclusivity, diversity, strength, freedom, and confidence to hold a special in-store event. Featuring local DJ EV, drinks and food by Restore Cold Pressed, and a fashion show styled by Todd White (stylist to Megan Thee Stallion) customers were able to connect and celebrate the collection launch with their local community. 

During the party, after purchasing her share of adidas x Ivy Park, Samantha promised to return with a gift as a symbol of her appreciation for the event. She returned, with cupcakes decorated to commemorate Xhibition and our in-store release of adidas x Ivy Park. Her moving gesture greatly resonated with our staff and the other attendees, reflecting the importance of what adidas x Ivy Park represents to so many. 

The success of the event and the support of customers like Samantha highlights Beyoncé's superpower to galvanize and unite people across cultures.
